FREJA ANDERSSON
Hundred years have passed
since the beginning of World War I
75 years since the beginning of World War II.
In a world where the ongoing conflicts
are shielded away from the European adults
and youths who never experienced war
there arise questions of whose wars
we remember and tell stories about.
"The sordid images of repelling bunkers which
the author uses situate these war stories far away
from pop-culture adventures"
